Maurizio ScrofaniDavid Shillingford, President »

David Shillingford is president of ISO Crime Analytics, a division of ISO that helps insurers and policyholders predict, plan for, and respond to property crime. ISO Crime Analytics focuses on mobile equipment theft, cargo theft, and retail loss through the National Equipment Register (NER), CargoNet, and Enabl-u.

After serving as a captain in the British Airborne forces, David headed North American operations for the Art Loss Register, an international database of stolen art. He went on to create the National Equipment Register, which was acquired by ISO in 2007. Enabl-u was acquired by ISO in 2009, and CargoNet was launched in 2010.  David holds an honors degree in chemistry from Exeter University in the U.K. and has been featured as an expert commentator for various national and international magazines and television programs. David is a member of the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators and an associate member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.

 

Maurizio ScrofaniMaurizio Scrofani, Managing Director

As managing director of CargoNet, Maurizio Scrofani is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the CargoNet unit.

Before joining CargoNet, Maurizio held a variety of senior-level positions in consumer products companies. His career experience includes strategy and operations management positions in the retail and manufacturing sectors.

Maurizio is a respected leader in the field of supply chain and is a board member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals for New Jersey’s Roundtable. He is an advisory board member of the Rutgers Center for Supply Chain Management.

He is a charter member of the Loss Prevention Foundation and member of the American Society of Industrial Security and the Transported Assets Protection Association.

Maurizio received his economics degree from William Paterson University.

 

Salvatore MarinoSalvatore Marino, Director of Business Development

As director of business development, Salvatore Marino fosters and manages strategic relationships with a focus in the supply-chain arena.

Sal has 15 years of experience in industry sectors such as medical, multimedia, entertainment, pharmaceutical, transportation, and various vertical markets in supply chain.

His prior leadership roles focused on managing client relations, corporate sales training, program management of best practices, and corporate compliance for many Fortune 500 companies.

 

Richard KirkRichard Kirk, Director of Marketing

As director of marketing at CargoNet, Richard Kirk is responsible for the perception and positioning of the CargoNet brand, and driving business growth through identification of market trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

Richard has almost a decade of marketing and product management experience in the loss prevention industry. Prior to joining CargoNet, he worked with companies on a global level to develop cargo security solutions, manage international relationships, and explore technology to address the needs of large businesses as well as developed and emerging markets.

Richard received his degrees in international business and business marketing from Roger Williams University.

 

Maurizio ScrofaniDeborah Langdon, Director of Learning Delivery

Deborah Langdon is the director of learning delivery for CargoNet. In this role, Deb leads the company in the analysis, development, design, and implementation of learning deliverables.

Before joining the CargoNet team, Deb spent ten years heading up talent management and development for a Fortune 100 company.

Deb has 27 years of retail experience, as well as 16 years of educational design and delivery experience. Deb’s portfolio includes PHR certification. She is certified EEO investigator as well as a long-standing member of ASTD and SHRM.

Deb received her B.S. in business management from SUNY Cortland.

 

Maurizio ScrofaniRoy Salley, National Account Executive

Roy Salley is CargoNet’s national account executive. Roy has more than nine years of experience in the commercial property/casualty insurance industry, having held various positions for Marsh & McLennan, AIG, and Lockton.

In addition, Roy spent two years at Advisen Ltd., where he contributed to launching one of the first web-based insurance platforms geared to the needs of property/casualty insurance professionals. Roy is active in various organizations, including the Jersey City Economics Club, University of Scranton Alumni, and several insurance-related clubs and societies.
